Description:'The Dead Asiatic' is a sculpture at the via della Lungara, in Trastevere, at the Palazzo Corsini or the Farnesina in Rome. Wright had studied the sculpture the day before he made this sketch (see DBYMU 1914-517/20), but focused instead on a view of the figure from the head.
