Description:The inscription 'Lungara' may relate to the via della Lungara, a street in Rome where the Palazzo Corsini and Farnesina were based. The source for this study is unidentified but appears in a print after Andrea Mantegna in the collection of the National Galleries of Scotland and may be classical in origin (accession number: P 5314).
